So.....I am off on my second trip....this time a little more challenging.
Driving to Montreal tomorrow for a 5 day visit....(hotels with the family) and then leaving for La Verendrye Park in Northern Quebec for 7 days of canoeing with my 88 year old Dad.
This will feature trailer camping at 4 different lakes and canoeing on each of them with no portages or living out of a pack.
First canoe trip with my Dad in 42 years that will actually feature COLD BEER. :)
And yes....that Cedar / Canvas canoe is 42 years old.
