No....it is a Nor-West canoe built in Prevost, Quebec.
We bought it new in 1974...cedar-canvas 16' for $175!
Had it re-canvased by the same company 7 years ago for $500!
1200 lb. payload....it is virtually unsinkable and a blast in rapids.
