My Suburban has 185k miles, and, fortunately, has been amazingly trouble-free for the abuse I heap on it. Not counting fluid changes, I've spent about $100 on it over the last 5 years/75k miles.
The only reason I take it to the dealer is for transmission flushes. Everything else, I go to a local repair shop.
90k on a 2011 truck? She's got a lot of life left in her. Keep it.
