Maintenance Question - Draining Holding Tank - New RV Owner

Hi. I'm new to the forum, and new to being an RV owner. I have a new Forest River Windjammer (I think the word, Rockwood, is in there somewhere as well) and I am about to drain the black water holding tank for the first time. There is a sticker near the tank flush inlet, and reading it has caused me to seek advice before proceeding. The sticker reads the following: "Caution Do not sue the tank flush valve unless the fullway termination valve is in the open position. May result in an unsanitary condition leading to illness or personal injury."

My question is...

What is the "fullway termination valve"? Is it the large pull-handle valve that is used to open the main pipe on the bottom of my RV, where I have the hose attached that is connected to the sewer line? If not, what is this sticker referring to? And, what is this sticker warning me about, exactly? I'm guessing here, but I think it is saying to have that large valve open when I use the flush inlet to flush my black water tank, so that they water used to flush the tank will immediately drain out of the RV into the sewer. Is that correct?

I'm looking for advice just in case I'm not correct in my assumption, and there is some other valve located inside or outside the RV that should be open when I flush the black water tank.

Thank you in advance for your help.
