Maintenance schedule app/spreadsheet

Quick search here didn't turn anything up...looking for a recommendation on a vehicle maintenance app or even spreadsheet design if you use one. I can put together a spreadsheet myself, but I know there are apps out there.

Anyone use any of the apps and would you recommend them? Just looking for basic maintenance scheduling reminders. Tracking mileage would be a plus.

Thanks!
  • I like this one and it lets you enter your own added items in a PROJECTS/MODIFICATIONS screen.

  • I haven't come across a good one for RVs.
After going thru my Owners manual and other books in the bag, I chose to maintain my own customized record on my lap top. Apps don't identify the appropriate lubricant, replacement part numbers, or schedule of everything regarding my Rv, i.e.. Stair steps, generator, levelers, awnings,
  • I’ve never run across one I liked so I just made up a spreadsheet on Excel. Took just a few minutes and captures all the recommended scheduled maintenance, how often it’s due, when it was done, when it’s due again, and the specs for the maintenance. I have spreadsheets out the kazoo that record mileage, gas, my trips, and so on but I haven’t bothered to tie them together. A project I’d like to do sometime if I ever get time to do so. I’ve told the DW a number of times I don’t know how I ever had time to work a full time job.
  • I just keep a small 3x5 note book in the center console of my 2005 dodge diesel to log my maintenance items.

yesterday, I had the transmission oil drained and filter changed for the second time. first time at 40k, then again at 78K,

mechanic at the dealership must have adjusted the bands a bit as it sure does shift smooth and runs good.
