Your kidding about the "squat" right? Truck on level ground sits level, perhaps your fooled by the picture. My truck has 4130lbs of payload, hitch weight is around 2475lbs.
YA better get some bags on that thing!!!
If look closer at DO's truck you'll notice the front end is setting on an incline which makes the rear end look a bit low.
Is a new hitch the next suggestion?
