She didn't plead the fifth but didn't answer many questions either. GM is doing their own internal investigation and when that is done Barra will share more information. She has worked at GM for decades so this is not rocket science for her. Typically the I know nothing as CEO responses. I don't know and we will find out were the answers to most questions.
