have you looked at getting a older 2001-06, I like elantra's, and putting the teenagers and you on that policy only.. after about 3 yrs with no accidents etc the rate will go back to normal.
this is what is did for my teenager and the rate was better as the older car, a 1992 sentra with 85K miles, was not covered for comp and collision keeping the rate lower.
or just have the separate car on it own policy without them (teenagers) on the insurance.. low cost and you get the fuel savings.
