My trailer came from the factory with Maxxis ST8008 tires. They gave me no problems whatsoever while I owned them.
After eight years they began showing signs of tread separation, which I think is understandable given their age.
Last fall I bought a new set of Maxxis ST8008 tires because of their performance on my trailer. I have no other reason.
If that makes me a fanboy for Maxxis, so be it.
