McHitch couolings are available again in the US
Company ceased production this year but now has moved and has now restarted operations. They were being sold in the US Mchitch up and running again

Never seen one in Europe. They typically use a ball style, just the shank is typically curved and permanently bolted on rather than the receiver style you see in N. America.
