Anyone running one of these with a heavier TC? Just curious if it affects CG or puts stress on the splice at the rear axle? I've researched several companies that do the conversion and they all "claim...

Haven't made any formal announcement here yet, but just got a new truck. Ram 3500 with 8 foot box. Just could not go with Mega-cab right now cause it would mean selling and/or trading in the TC I have now, so stuck with the long box for now.
OK, I know, its short v long box. Does my absolute love of the Mega-cab mean anything??????:? I do really, REALLY like that cab configuration.
Honestly if you look at the mods others are doing wheel, tires etc that price isn't to far off, you can get the stretch done for between 3-6k depends on a if you supply the bed or not...
