Good idea. My wife uses a shoe organizer, the kind that hooks over a door, (cut the bottom row or two off to fit) and hangs it on the shower wall on the bunk end. Great for all of her "girly" stuff. Just unhook it and lay on dinette bed when popping down.
X2 mounted full time on the lift rods.
