Thats about the going price for that size. Thats about the size that I went with but I ended up having the company come back to close in sides and one end after the thing swayed too much in the wind. Now its rock solid. With 12' high legs there is alot of roof height and wind resistance. I know they are stressed for wind load but I just didnt like that much movement.
