I have one and it's awesome. Well worth the money. Plus, think of how much you'll save not paying a storage facility.

We've not been paying for storage. Its been on the driveway or the side yard all the time we've had it. We do have a cover but have yet to use it as its a pain and we use the camper all year round. Now that the camper is getting on its third year we just want to protect it more and any future camper we might end up with. And the 31' allows me to leave the camper on the truck and both will be protected from the Oregon rainy season that last 8 months....
