It just so happens the OEM tires on my Tundra were BF Goodrich and they were cracked at 35K miles. I brought them to a dealer and got some dollars for that warranty as well. Same with the Michelins. I am surprised that the OP dealer won't budge. MFG warranty is just that...MFG warranty...treadware or otherwise.
