I think you are confused about a TPO roof. The TPO roof used by Jayco is a type of rubber roof that has a felt backing. As far as I knew, Jayco was still using the TPO roof. I could be wrong, I just never heard that they were not using TPO anymore. Some manufacturers like EPDM, some like TPO. You can argue all day long about which is better but they both have a 12 year gaurantee so it doesn't seem like the manufacturers like one over the other.
