Hey guys Just sold my 98 wildwood 19 footer, good little camper but with 2nd kid coming in two weeks we need bigger! Looking used and in the 13k and less range which priced around here is 2004-20...

We'll we ended up picking up the roo. Trailer in decent shape Roof and walls inside and out all good no evidence of any water issues ever.
Roof does need to be caulked tho but looking into enterabond tape or just use a self leveller on top of old caulk basically fill in the cracks. Opinions welcome
Other then that good to go
Awning little weathered but that's minor. For us
