Northern Lite, Adventurer/Eagle Cap and Host also use Heki products. You may want to try them and see if their markup is similar.
I know when I asked about specialty parts for my Arctic Fox/Northwood, they could get parts but wanted me to order through a dealer to keep their dealer relationships clean by not making transactions directly with customers. It was kind of odd because you can get the factory to do repairs or modifications, but they would not directly sell me a part.
