Sulastic hangers do not increase the vehicle’s GVWR. You still have the same brakes, for example. That is a lot of weight for a 350 series truck. It would be a handful for a 550.
Since you're new here, you don't know Kayteg, but he definitely understands that. Remember OP started this about a harsh ride, not a lack of payload.
Although the OP has revealed his quest is more about getting a new truck than the current one lacking in capacity or capability. So the discussion did shift to him wanting an excess of available payload.
