Mileage change with smaller lighter trailer

I know this is an old thread, but I'm still thinkin... Would a foot and 1/2 in height make much difference?

I doubt I would even need a WD hitch. The ease of towing really means more than the mileage. if I could get 10 using OD at 60-65 I would be happy.
