Missing NADA value

Hello all! I'm not new to the site but rather new to travel trailers. I'm planning on purchasing very shortly and have come across a 2011 Coachmen Catalina 28DDS in very good shape at a very fair price. Problem however is that NADA does not list this model for 2011 at all. They do for 2012 but no 2011. Any insight as to why? I've found others for sale online and I did verify that this is in fact a 2011 model so I'm a little perplexed.

    Just remember NADA gets its info from dealers , It doesnt reflect private party sales

    There probably were not enough made to establish a market

    Not uncommon. Manufacturers some times add a new model before the official change over or carry parts over to the next year building a few of an old model until parts are exhausted.

    East vs West coast models? Also, I have frequently had trouble finding info, only to discover I am looking in the 5th wheel section rather than the TT. Good luck to you finding the info.
