Mistaken ideas about how a diesel engine works

MPG are the responsibility of the operator ,I agree with T&P if the mileage is poor look in the mirror and back off the go peddle.
Personal responsibility -and leave the rest of us alone ,if you can't restrain yourself put a block under the fuel supply device.
Get the horsepower /rpm chart find out where 200 hp is (or whatever era you want to revisit) and drive to that rpm.
stop asking big brother to do it for you.
