Mistaken ideas about how a diesel engine works

I've seen a lot of grumbling as of late about the power output of new diesel engines. These same people complain and ask why the manufactures have to run the power up so much and why don't they work...

Just load a 1500 to weigh the same as a 3500 Cummins to do your test. Oh, maybe that is over the GVWR of a 1500. Chris
