2016 Ram 2500 6.4 with 4K miles had the check engine light come on. Took it to the "mechanics" at Cherry Creek Dodge in Denver said 1 week to get in the parts. At this point I didn't think he couch handle the idea of the new thing called Next Day Air. Also, these guys truly didn't seem like they knew their asses from a hole in the ground.
There is another dealership in town but they are a few weeks out before they can look at it. They're busy because, you know, Dodge.
So I went home and broke it to my family that the camping trip they were looking forward to is cancelled. Apparently although it will keep driving there is a good chance it will lock it'self to a 40mph max.
So, Thanks NAFTA for the $40+ thousand dollar boat anchor. Should have kept the old Tahoe.
Rant over. Thanks all for listening.
Yep, 10 years ago seems like all my Ram coworkers loved their trucks. Now, all I hear is how they hate them and will be going back to Ford or Chevy. One of the big problems seems to be rust along with mechanical.
