Sorry your truck through a CEL. But it sounds like right now your problem is the dealer.
And there are a lot more than 2 RAM dealers in the area. Did you call anyone else? Christopher Dodge? Johnson Auto Plaza. Prestige in Boulder? I would go to any of those before I would go to Cherry Creek.
