That is not saying that the quality hasn't gone to heck. But bashing Chrysler, Fiat or NAFTA doesn't help get his PU back on the road.
Did you offer to pay for overnight delivery of the part you need? Did you talk to the service manager about this? The salesman who sold you the truck? The General manager of the dealership? The regional manager?
You seem to have given up too easily.
NAFTA because NAFTA made it possible to build the truck in Mexico cheaper.
