Wow...
Any new vehicle can have issues. You rarely get the best service when you walk into a dealership and immediately start arguing with them before they can even check the truck out.
I bought a new Tundra in 2014 and 3 days later there was a huge oil stain in my driveway from the rear main seal leaking.
**** American QC.
I took the truck to the dealer, let them know what I'd found, where the oil appeared to be leaking from. They had my 4 day old truck for a week. Rear main got replaced and the truck was problem free for the next 3 years.
**** happens. Be courteous to the service department until they have proven incompetence. They didn't build your truck. If you are unhappy with a service department, file a complaint, and find another dealer
There is little that is more aggravating than someone who doesn't understand how something works trying to tell you how to do your job before you've even had a chance to diagnose the problem.
