As of last year when I retired FCA did not offer next day delivery other than from the dealers facing depot with the rest of the parts delivered that day. They may have changed that but I doubt it. They do offer special handling but that NEVER meant next day. And then you lost return reserve, got hammered on the freight, and it could still take a month.
They absolutely have the worst parts availability for newer model years in the industry.
