Modded my weber q220 for house LP

I did the same thing but the grill doesn't seem to get hot enough. Is there anyway to boost the pressure coming through the regulator?

Yup, pulled the regulator, fitted the 1/8 npt fitting to a QC ... Done!

In that first picture, is that a shut off valve by the quick disconnect?
