The majority of posts here involve some sort of water leak issue, floor rot, ceiling sags, water spots. These issues are non existent in the Escape Trailer.
I doubt that even Escape's owners would make such a sweeping claim- "non existent" is, well, nontrue if posts at the Escape Owner's forum are to be believed. As noted earlier, leaks around cutouts etc. can and do occur; here's one example, and here's another.
Certainly such problems are more common as units age, so one is likely to see more examples among brands that have been around for awhile. Escape only started building trailers about ten years ago. Once their units have been out there as long as those others the design is copied from, they'll be subject to the same water intrusion problems as others of this and other types.
Long term problems could in fact be more serious since Escape also uses all-wood product interiors instead of the longer-lived fiberglass cabinetry one finds in more traditional units like oldtimers Scamp and Casita, as well as some of the newer mfr.s. Wood products don't like the unbreathability of molded fiberglass shells, if the number of posts I've seen about such interiors being shoveled out of thirty year old fiberglass shelled units is any indicator.
