It's your money so you can change out whatever as often as you like. I've had my 05 for over two years and have changed my fuel filter 4 times and only have put 14k miles on it. Fuel filters are cheap and easy to change. Already did a trans oil change and my do it again in the next month. Again cheap and easy. As far as injectors, that's a******shoot. You may never need to change them or they'll go out tomorrow. Mine has 146k miles and on original injectors. But I have heard that the LB7 was more bad injector prone.
