Go to Hot Shot Secret's web site for detailed info. In a nutshell though, it cleans the burnt on oil on injectors and in turbo. This burnt or caked on oil is called stiction and basically it plugs the tips of inj and bearings in turbo. If you removed a "failed" inj, chances are the inj itself is still good, just the tip is plugged up.
