Correct. A 2015 Charger Hellcat or Challenger Hellcat would smoke a stock Superbird. I think the 0-60 time of high 4's for a stock Superbird is a little optimistic, but regardless, I agree with your point. The 1970 Plymouth Superbird is still my favorite car of all time in any of the 3 combinations it came with (440 4 barrel, 440 6 barrel, 426 Hemi). But, for overall performance, today's muscle cars are superior. Technology is great.
I will say that when something goes wrong under the hood, I can address it in a Superbird. For a new Hellcat, I would have to go to the dealer.
