Don't know why your '05 was that way, but my '04.5 is still like new inside. Yes the drivers seat in worn, but why not at 212+K. No super big issues to date and it has never left me hanging some where in the middle of Montana with the trailer. And yes I have been there more than once. Just finished a 6100 mile trip two weeks ago with this truck and a 2018 5th wheel at a combined weight of 19,500#. Guess I am luck and you weren't.

Don't sweat it, they bought it that way. They buy them rode hard and put up wet for cheap and then fish comes on here to say how bad they are. My 2005 is in showroom condition inside and out.

I don't sweat what anyone says. I just wanted to give him my opinion just a s he gives his. I buy like most what works or has worked for me for decades. I have seen some rough trucks, of all ages, from all brands that have worked on farms and ranches.
