Funny thing is I go out 40-60 miles in a 26' blue water boat off shore fishing and no problems as long as I'm standing or sitting....but I cannot lay down.
Mount some type of stabilizing system.

I have a little loss of balance once and awhile, a little hearing loss and, I have tinnitus but, nothing as bad as what that sounds.
