I put a new heavy bumper and rack on my new TT, I am just hauling 2 bikes but I wanted to be a little overkill.
when I pulled the TT in the shop I hung it by the hitch in the hoist on a scale, it was 800lbs with the fresh tank full of water and the storage full of camping stuff, I then cut off the factory bumper....it didn't change the hitch weight at all, I welded the heavy tubing and brackets...( 125 lbs ) on and put on the hitch ( 35 lbs ) with the 200 lbs stacked on it, the hitch weight went down to 710 lbs...
even with what I did I would not haul my 550lb v-strom on the rack, the frame is just not heavy enough I feel like, would it do it ....probably....but in my own mind I would worry about it.
If you were going to try it I would slide some heavy tubing up in the TT frame 3 feet or so and weld a coller on the end of the thin TT frame tubing so it didn't tare out the tubing, but you also need to know how much hitch weight you are changing.
the worst part is most TT axels are just barely heavy enough to support the TT with max load, you will be adding 6-800lbs by the time you get the carrier and heavy bumper and motorcycle added.
just my opinion
