LOL too when read folks claiming under 100K miles as if it has 200K miles with no problems

I'd personally consider a new V8 with direct injection and forced fed.
Deactivation better than small to begin with.
MPG is NOT high on my have to have list, but near the bottom. It is higher
than 'ride quality' on my list.
Okay for those who beat the drum and am only commenting for those who
are considering it based purely on 'herd' metrics (fashion statement crowd)
Try and show a little appreciation for those who do go out and buy the latest and greatest. If they didn't, we'd all still be riding a horse everywhere we went. I tire of this odd disgust towards people who decide to try 'new' technology and put their money where their mouth is.
I'm like you, I don't buy new every 2 years, upgrade to the latest big screen TV or Iphone when it comes out. BUT, when I'm ready to buy, I typically by the latest and greatest...Why? because I'm going to keep it a long time, and I don't want to buy something that is already outdated before I even get home with it. To each their own.
