I have an f150 with the ecoboost. I'm up around 65k miles and I believe around 15k towing. I'd tell you for sure but my truck isn't available right now... it's at the dealer waiting for parts to be fixed. THIS time that I took it in, the computer is telling them that I need the throttle body replaced. I'm a bit skeptical and upset because this is easily up around the fifth time I've taken it in for the same issues. Basically the truck has been stalling out... lots of different scenarios and all over the country. Just like anyone else, previous to any problems, I sang a beautiful song about how wonderful it was.... not so much today. Before crying lemon-law, Ford has done wonderfully well in documenting that these have somehow all been unrelated issues and that each time they've been "fixing" something else.
When it isn't having issues, the truck tows like a dream even up the steepest of inclines from a dead stop. As someone pointed out, I get the same towing mileage that everyone else gets @65mph 8-11 depending on terrain. When not towing you'll find me in the fast lane driving 75-80 getting 17-18 in the summer and 15-16 in the winter.
