I'm building a storage facility and Rv park. This will pay for my retirement. The X took all of the monies I had. so I'm starting over at sixty. I have a friend who owns about five mobile home parks. He nets about a 100.000 per month and travels all over the world building schools with the extra cash. He doesn't even own a car.
I only want about 20,000 per month and am looking at 50 ft catamarans to live and travel on. I don't want a home port, but if I have to it will probably be in the Bahamas.
