I believe that in order to get the higher torque engine you need to have both the Aisin trans and the 4:10 gears.

and here is the HP/torque
With Aisin, 385HP, 930 Torque
with 68RFE, 370HP, 800 Torque
with G56, 350HP, 660 Torque.
and it appears that all diesel trucks come with 3:42, unless you get a dually than you can pick 3:42, 3:73 or 4:10, but not all ratios go with any trans.
