Power/premium seats is only a $900 option.
In Oct 2014 I custom ordered my SLT 6.4 4x4 SRW Crew Cab with Premium Seats, protection group, 220A alternator, Auxiallary Switches. Sticker cost was 46,785 and I paid right at $40k plus taxes and titles. I think the dually was another 1,200 at the time.

On the bedliner, I went with after market Linex for 600. It is twice as thick and comes with a lifetime warranty against coming lose and cuts. I know they honor it well as I took my 10 year old 2004 in for a few cosmetic touchups before I sold it.
