Another vote for the Blue Sky Solar Boost 2000E. It's what Northstar installed in my camper at the factory and I'm happy with it, though I can't offer any comparisons.
As to the MPPT vs PWM debate, the max power voltage rating on my panels is 17.7v and the MPPT converter changes that extra voltage into current. With a single 135w panel under full sun I have 4.5 amps coming from the panel with 5.8 amps going into the batteries. If the panel you select has a peak voltage closer to 14v, then you lose the advantages of MPPT and may as well go with PWM. On the other hand, as the panel voltage increases the greater the advantages of an MPPT controller.
