What ever controller technology is used it is important that it be temperature compensated with a probe on the battery bank. It should also have adjustable set points. That may eliminate elcheapo controller.
The beauty of the Bogart and MS SunSaver (linked above) is that not just voltage is adjustable but also the time in absorption can be programmed to match the changing battery state of charge.
In storage you probably don't want 2+ hours of absorption every day.
In use 2 hours may not be enough. Some controllers drop to float right at the bulk set point so absorption is done very slow at float voltage.
Spend the money on a good controller. Read the manual and charge profiles before you click and buy.
