Looking for a good set of mud flaps to put on my 2017 Ford 350 Dually. First trip out with my 5th wheel and got junk through all over my 5th wheel. I am not looking to make a show rig out of it, but don't what junk either. Plan on keeping it of 10 plus years, "retirement truck".Recommendations?

I’m using the ford accessory ones on my truck, they make the same ones to fit the DRW and they are extremely well built.They are made by gator back.http://gatorbackmudflap.com/

I have found that most of the mud flaps made to fit around the fender wells work well to protect the truck but leave enough room between the flap and the ground to allow enough mud/dirt/rocks to hit the trailer. I installed a set of hitch mounted mud flaps on my last 2 trucks and find they work better in protecting the front of the trailer. I set the height so the flaps are closer to the ground then the fender flaps but still clear on dips so they don't drag. And I can remove them easily if not needed.There are many brands out there now, like Road Wings, Rock Tamers, Smart Solutions, etc. I have Road Wings.And there are many places to find them like truck accessory stores. Also Amazon has many choices as does Ebay. Even Cabelas has their own brand. I recommend you check these out. If you get a set purchase them with the solid flaps, not the style that looks like a broom. Those flap in the wind too much.I also have a full flap on the rear of my 5th wheel to protect the boat I sometimes pull along. It also helps protect the boat/trailer.

We use Rocktamers mounted on the hitch too, that way we can take them off when not towing.

The best are Gatorbacks but they are expensive.Can't find cheep and good so go for the best.

I use Rock Tamers hung off the receiver. I like these because they are adjustable in height and width so you can even move them between vehicles or adjust them based on the rear sag of your load.

DuraFlap are top quality. Customer support is top cabin. Customize as you like. These are a one of unless someone has copied since. They normally would not try to fit what I have on a Dually flap. Their shop laid it out and said ok.

Seriously if I had a dually it would have some big ole rubber Cummins mud flaps on the back! And if it wasn’t hauling a TC it would have stacks!

These guys make the nicest mud flaps I have ever seen. They will adjust the mounting for any stock or aftermarket fender flares you have for a perfect alignment.
Have a full set on my Ram.

FWIW, This is what I had and or went thru. Old truck, '03 F250, had flaps attached to fenderwell. I added via cutting another set of flaps and additional 5"-7" of flap to orig flap. Then had a full width rubber flap attached to receiver to further aid in keeping debris off of coach. Worked well and w/o the full width flap, stuff didn't collect on rear portion of fender/under bumper. New truck, '15 F350, did same thing w/ flaps on wheelwells. Full width flap worked w/ old coach. New coach, due to shape of front end by landing legs, the full width flap won't work cuz it will hit the RV when turning. Surprisingly, with just the wheelwell flaps, nothing hits the front of the coach.
