Multiple oil leaks
Just noticed yesterday that I have multiple oil leaks from my '03 CTD.
Came out of Dr's office after getting prescription refilled. I noticed a dark area under my truck. It looked to be about 4" in diameter and didn't appear to be a fresh stain. Long story short, parked in the garage and placed some cardboard underneath the truck. About 5 minutes later checked the cardboard and found 3 areas each about the size of a coffee mug.
One on each side of the engine, near the back of the block and the third was far enough back to be near the back of the transmision/transfer case.
All three seem to be engine oil, none have the colour/smell of tranny fluid.
I live in an area with lots of corrosion, could this be something simple like an oil return line? Hopefully not as severe as a rear seal. Any ideas on what could this be?
