Well you’ve got a new trailer. Expect to have a few issues.
A battery will not last long in cold temps with the heat running. The batt has to run the furnace which will draw some power. You need at minimum 2 strong batteries for dry camping. And some type of solar.
The water tank, this happens. Maybe your old tank was mounted in front of he axles, and the new one is in the rear? You could put a valve on the over flow or do as I do and fill when you get there.
The t-stat sounds like it’s not set properly. And the vents sound like you need to get them set properly just like you would do in a house.
