- LwiddisExplorer IIReasonable price...along with a solid floor...sells TTs. In your previous post didn't you claim the issue was a spongy floor on your ultra light TT that was causing buyers to exit? So, is it the floor, your price and/or the photos?
- drsteveExplorerNothing wrong with properly lit, correctly framed, well done pics, but make sure to also take a few that clearly show the blemishes and imperfections. Buyers will be attracted by good pricing and a realistic representation of what you want to sell them.
- RoadpilotExplorerI think you are using the right camera, bu taking pictures that only show the best. As an example, if you took a picture of the left side only that looked beautiful, but the right side had rust or a dent.
I like to see ads that point out the negative issues that anyone is going to see anyway if they come to look. Don't surprise me. - jungleexplorerExplorer

My TT does not have any blemishes other then age. I took pictures from ever angle. Here they are. Please tell me what I am missing. - MitchF150Explorer IIIDunno... Your pics look great.. And I'm sure it's a very nice rig..
I looked at 3 used RV's and was so disgusted with them, I would only buy new after that experience... This was back in 2002..
Still have that brand new trailer I bought back then and have seen a lot newer rigs for sale since then and they don't hold a candle to mine.... :)
So, do whatever you need to do to sell your used RV... If you think pics will sell it, great.. If it's a POS and you are hiding it with pics... Well... That's your choice..
I would never buy a rig from pics alone... I also won't buy from a private party either... Just my own prejudice because I've been burned once and that's that... Never again...
Good luck! Mitch - jungleexplorerExplorer

Well, the floors, I think are a big problem. I started this thread to talk about pictures, not the floors. I feel the floor question has been covered adequately. I only have three choices when it comes to the floor.
1. Wait for someone who understand ands wants an Ultra-Lite and does not expect something that is practically built out of air to feel like a rock.
2. Give it away to needy family.
3. Install 200 pounds of oak hardwood flooring over the floor to make it more rigid so people can get the concrete floor feeling they want.
Now I am talking about pictures. ;) - LwiddisExplorer IIAs a personal choice buyers may not like the graphics. They seem...random. Inside looks good.

I am not hiding anything, but I understand that some people do. MY TT is what it is. It is a 2005, not a 2017. I am only trying to get $5,000, not $25,000. According to the NADA estimate, $5,000 is more then $1,700 under the average value, and in my area, small TTs are at a premium, because of the Midland Oil Filed boom and all the young single guys that just need a place to sleep.
Honestly, I love my little trailer and the only reason I am selling it is because, somehow a 5,10 man and 5,3 woman produced a 6,2 15 year old son, that is too big for the make down table bed. If it were just me and the misses, I would never sell it. - jungleexplorerExplorer

The photos are not random. I took pics from all four corners so that a person could see every square inch of the exterior. I just post them in the wrong order in that post. I rearranged them. See if they don't more sense to you now. - keymastrExplorerA soft floor is usually caused by water intrusion, either from a roof leak or from water being thrown up from the tires. Either way it says rot is occurring. It may be soft for other reasons but rot is so common that no one is willing to take a chance.
Are there any water stains either on the ceiling or walls? It looked like there was a yellowish stain on the wall next to the lav but it may have just been lighting. If there are stains or wear marks you should be sure to show those so people know what to expect when seeing it in person. Maybe take closer shots of wear and tear so you are not wasting their time and yours.
