A soft floor is usually caused by water intrusion, either from a roof leak or from water being thrown up from the tires. Either way it says rot is occurring. It may be soft for other reasons but rot is so common that no one is willing to take a chance.
Are there any water stains either on the ceiling or walls? It looked like there was a yellowish stain on the wall next to the lav but it may have just been lighting. If there are stains or wear marks you should be sure to show those so people know what to expect when seeing it in person. Maybe take closer shots of wear and tear so you are not wasting their time and yours.
