You are making this too complicated. It is what it is and it will sell when a buyer decides what the price is. Post the pics. Let people say what ever bs they want. Tell them that it has the lightweight rv spongy floor issue and to research it themselves. Leave them alone to look it over. Dont be all over them and in their ear. If you owe money on it and it will only sell for less choke up the difference or keep it. I'm not being a smart arse but it is what it is. A buyer will decide. If you cant live with that dont sell it. That's what I told my son and he kept dropping it $500 or so at a time and it sold. He's near Houston and the buyer was in Dallas. When the price got low enough a buyer from that far away decided to risk it and drive down there.
