1. Be patient. Do you mention the spongy floors in your ad? Obviously this is something that wouldn't show up in pictures and perhaps that is what people don't expect when they see a nice set of pictures. I see 2 choices: 1. Mention the floor, so they are expecting it. 2. Don't mention it. Either way, just be patient.
